We appreciate 24 hour notice for our Chiropractic and Dry Needling services. However, we understand that life happens and unexpected changes in our schedule can, and do occur. We ask that you respect our providers and patients and make every effort to notify us if you will be missing an appointment.
If we do not receive a cancellation notice within 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge half of the service charge. This policy is implemented on a case by case basis.
