Shane Bartels, DC

Dr. Shane Bartels became interested in Chiropractic medicine through experiencing great relief from many sports and lifting injuries growing up. This included multiple ruptured lumbar discs that have been re-injured multiple times throughout his career. This intimate knowledge of chronic and occasionally debilitating pain has given Dr. Shane a passion to help others going through similar issues. Receiving regular chiropractic care has allowed him to continue to be active and thrive in a very physically demanding profession despite his previous injuries. It gives him great joy to be able to help others the way that he was helped through chiropractic care for those experiencing new injuries or dealing with the effects of old injuries.

Dr. Shane loves working with a variety of patients, from the weekend warrior wanting to improve mobility and performance on the slopes, the office worker tired of tight shoulders and headaches, the nurses and manual laborers trying to get through another week without severe back pain, and the parents and grandparents wanting to keep up with the little ones. His treatments are thorough and efficient but not rushed. His goal is to leave you feeling cared for and better than when you came in the door. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and modify therapies and treatment plans and offer lifestyle, exercise and nutritional advice to fit the patients concerns and goals. Along with being an adjusting ninja, Dr Shane often utilizes Integrative Dry Needling to improve and speed up the healing process and treat those sports injuries that need a different approach.

Dr. Shane lives with his wife Kelly and their two boys, Kyler and Canon. He loves taking advantage of the Colorado outdoors and can usually be found there when not in the office. He enjoys sports, hiking, and coaching and volunteering with youth. A firm believer in the true meaning of holistic health, Dr Shane takes the time to cultivate his intellectual and spiritual health.
